1. Competition Organiser

This giveaway is organised by Orzly, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser."

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open only to individuals who:

  • Reside in a country where the Nintendo Switch 2 is officially available.

  • Are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to participate.

• Employees of the Organiser, their families, and individuals connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Subscribe to the Orzly YouTube channel.

• Leave a comment on any of the Orzly Nintendo Switch 2-related videos, stating:

  1. The country you are watching from.

  2. What excites you most about the Nintendo Switch 2.

4. Entry Period

• The giveaway starts on 05/06/2025 and ends when the Organizer’s YouTube channel reaches 20,000 subscribers.

5. Prize

• One Nintendo Switch 2 console.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.

• The winner will be contacted via reply to their comment within 7 days of reaching 20,000 subscribers. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize, providing proof of eligibility and a valid shipping address.

7. Shipping and Availability

• The prize will only be shipped to countries where the Nintendo Switch 2 is officially available.

• The Organiser is not responsible for any additional fees, including but not limited to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes.

8. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if:

• False or misleading information is provided.

• The entry violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines or these rules.

9. Privacy

By entering the competition, you agree that your personal information (such as your YouTube username) may be used by the Organiser solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

10. General Terms

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules or cancel the competition at any time.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and the Organiser’s decisions, which are final and binding.

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube or Nintendo.
