Orzly Manufacturer Guarantee

Most Orzly products are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer guarantee from the date of purchase, for your peace of mind. This guarantee will protect you against any against defective parts, materials and manufacture. Defects are defined as manufacturing errors or imperfections on the purchased product.
Please note that this guarantee will NOT cover against any accidental damage, wear & tear, improper use or mishandling, or installation failures caused by the buyer.
Furthermore, only purchases carried out on www.orzly.com, or from authorised sellers on marketplace websites will be covered by this guarantee. The guarantee is non-transferable. 
To report a manufacturing defect, please contact us on support@orzly.co.uk with pictures of the issue and original purchase receipt for verification. Once we have received this information, our support staff will be in contact to let you know the next steps. 

Screen Protectors are covered under a separate warranty, please see below for further information.

Orzly Tempered Glass Screen Protector Guarantee

Orzly have you covered with their warranty on Glass Screen Protectors in the event of one of the below:

• Damaged during transit on receipt of product.
• Manufacturing defect causing bubbles during application (will not apply to unsuccessful installations caused by dust or misalignment) 
• Limited Lifetime warranty if cracks or bubbles appear during normal daily use (will not apply if the screen protector has shattered from a drop or looks like it has been damaged by any impact). 

To report any of the above problems with your screen protector, please contact us on support@orzly.co.uk with pictures of the issue and original purchase receipt for verification. Once we have received this information, our support staff will be in contact to let you know the next steps.
