WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE? 

If you have a valid promo code then once you add something to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be given the opportunity to enter a discount code on the right-hand side of the screen. The code must be entered in ALL CAPS. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES? 

Yes, you have 30 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for returns and exchanges. Click here to read more.

 

WHO COVERS THE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS? 

We will only cover the cost of a return if the product is faulty or damaged when you receive it, or there has been a packing error on our part. If it’s an exchange we’ll gladly ship the exchange product back to you once we receive your returned item.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

If you live in the United Kingdom your order will arrive approximately 2-3 business days from the date it was shipped. International packages take about 7-14 business from the date shipped. Please take into consideration that these are estimated ship times and there are many reasons that packages can be delayed which are out of our control.

 

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?

Items can take 2-3 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
 

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION?

Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either Royal Mail or DPD. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period of time, please contact us at support@orzly.co.uk

 

WHY DOES MY PACKAGE SHOW IT'S BEEN DELIVERED WHEN I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

Please contact your local post office or DPD depending on which service you chose at checkout. The courier will have the most up-to-date information to help you locate your order. We will do all we can to help you with the process, but, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that are showing they have been delivered.
