A: You have 30 days from dispatch to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Q: Can I return items that have been used?
A: No. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags and accessories.
Q: Who pays return postage?
A: You pay return postage for unwanted items and exchanges. Orzly covers return postage if the item is faulty or if we sent the wrong product.
Q: How will I get my refund?
A: Refunds go to the original payment method unless you request store credit. Allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return.
Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: No. We do not charge restocking fees.
Q: What if my product is faulty?
A: Email support@orzly.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
