Orzly — Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview
We want you to love your Orzly purchase. If you are not completely happy, we make returns simple and fair. Read the steps below to start a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return window (timeframe)

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of the date your order was dispatched.

2. Condition requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals and accessories.

  • Complete for bundle or multi-piece products.
    If items are received in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Proof of purchase

Please include your order number or original receipt with every return. We cannot process returns without proof of purchase.

4. Eligible items

All items bought from www.orzly.com are eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day window.

5. Faulty or damaged items (exceptions and special cases)

If an item arrives damaged or is defective:

  1. Inspect goods when they arrive. If the parcel is damaged, note this on the carrier’s paperwork.

  2. Email support@orzly.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos, your order number and a short description.
    We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate. If a return is required and Orzly is at fault, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid returns label.

6. How refunds are processed (method and timing)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you request store credit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Shipping costs and who pays

  • Unwanted items or exchanges: return postage is paid by the customer.

  • Faulty items confirmed by Orzly or wrong items sent: Orzly will cover return postage or provide a prepaid returns label. If you pay to return a faulty item because we asked you to do so, we will refund the postage after we confirm the fault.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different colour or replacement product. Customers cover postage for exchanges. If the exchange is needed because Orzly made an error, we will cover return postage.

9. Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

10. Orzly One-Year Replacement Warranty

Many Orzly products include a one-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper installation. The warranty applies to purchases from www.orzly.com or authorised sellers and is not transferable.

11. Step-by-step returns process (how to return)

  1. Email support@orzly.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Include photos for damaged or faulty items.

  2. We will reply with return instructions and a returns authorisation if needed.

  3. Pack the item securely with proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item to the returns address we provide.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or send a replacement. We will email you when the refund or replacement is issued.
