I had my previous PS5 charging station for 3 years. Error free never an issue. After 3 years I think it was starting to go out since the contacts on the charging adapters were starting to get loose. Overall it is a great charging station and I am happy to buy another one. 😊😊
Since PS5 has own official charging dock, I bought this one for Xbox Series X controllers. Orzly's dock almost perfect for them as other docks on the market requires you to use their own batteries and battery covers with holes in them, while Orzly's works with official Microsoft Play & Charge Kit and original Xbox Controller's bettery cover. No ugly holes in the cover, no unmatched plastic of the cover, no battery contact points exposed. That's why I love Orzly's Charging Dock.
I wrote "almost" perfect, because there is some room for improvement. First of all the charging indicator LEDs are just plain ugly - too big, too bright, too exposed. Simple red/green dots would do it just fine, slight light stripe would bring this to the premium level, but these large, bright battery icons on the front of the dock's panel are just ruining it!
While little connector-dongle that makes that whole thing works is briliant, it can be further refined. Look at Baseus magnetic USB cables for example - they are smaller (would sit more flush with the controller) and use of magnets should make it easier to put controller into its place.
But overall I give this thing strong 4/5. Just please, for version 2.0, change these ugly icons in front of the device :)
