REFUNDS & RETURNS
At Orzly, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases from www.orzly.com To return your item, please contact us in writing quoting your name, order number and reason for return. Once we have your contact details, our support team will contact you to help resolve the issue and in the case of returning goods, we will assist you with the necessary action to be taken.
TO QUALIFY FOR A 30 DAY RETURN:
- All return requests must be received by us in writing within 30 days of the date of dispatch
- All goods must be returned in a sellable condition, complete with all other associated components included in the packaging
- Bundle packs must be returned with all accessories included in the original package. Any missing items will be deducted from the total value of the refund by calculating the full purchase value of the individual item
- Unwanted goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be sent back in an undamaged condition. A re-stocking fee will apply if returned goods are received in an un-sellable condition.
- Shipping costs for the return of unwanted items will be covered by the buyer.
- If you are returning a faulty item, you will ship the items to us at your cost and once they are received and confirmed to be faulty, we will either send you a replacement at our cost, or refund your money and cost of return.
You should examine your goods at point of delivery. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork ‘accepted packaged damaged’.
Please email us with pictures of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt. You must include your name, contact details and order number.
ORZLY MANUFACTURER GUARANTEE
Most Orzly products are covered by a 2 year limited manufacturer guarantee from the date of purchase, for your peace of mind. This guarantee will protect you against any against defective parts, materials and manufacture. Defects are defined as manufacturing errors or imperfections on the purchased product.
Please note that this guarantee will NOT cover against any accidental damage, wear & tear, improper use or mishandling, or installation failures caused by the buyer.
Furthermore, only purchases carried out on www.orzly.com, or from authorised sellers on marketplace websites will be covered by this guarantee. The guarantee is non-transferable.
To report a manufacturing defect, please contact us in writing with pictures of the issue and original purchase receipt for verification. Once we have received this information, our support staff will be in contact to let you know the next steps.
